After a joyous full house for their May 29th debut, HUZAM returns to Epiphany for a second show Sunday August 14th at 7pm. This ensemble of native Arab musicians brings a dynamism and virtuosic delivery to their tradition. The group will perform original compositions in classic Arab music genres, plus orchestrated rewordings from Karim Nagi’s ‘Detour Guide” musical play. The concert also features selections from the cannon of the great 20th century Egyptian singer Oum Kalsoum.
